Europa Café is on Diagonal, next to Francesc Macià, with a spacious, bright dining room, a cocktail bar and live music every night. A good place to bring your team together for a working lunch, an end-of-year event or a celebration.
Dinner starts with sharing plates and Gillardeau oysters, moves on to chargrilled wild salmon or D.O. Rubia Gallega beef and ends at the bar, with cocktails and music. You can book a table and order à la carte, or ask us for a group proposal tailored to your timing and budget.

Salón Bar
Next to the bar, close to the live music. For groups who want to dine close to the bar and the music.
Salón Pasillo
A long room with a banquette, where tables are joined to seat the whole team.
Altillo
The upper floor, quieter and more private. It can be booked in full so your group has its own space.
On request and subject to a quote, we decorate the space and print menus with the company name or the occasion. For birthdays, farewell parties and other celebrations, see our private events.

Cocktails and music after dinner
At the bar we make signature cocktails like the Hugo Spritz or the strawberry daiquiri, plus classics like the mojito or the margarita. For something lighter, there is wine and cava.
There is live music indoors every night, and a DJ plays on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. For a shorter plan, the after-work starts in the late afternoon and brings together teams from the Diagonal offices.

Frequently asked questions
Where is Europa Café?
Europa Café is at Av. Diagonal, 469, on the corner with Villarroel (l’Eixample). The nearest metro stop is Hospital Clínic (L5), about 7–8 minutes’ walk; Diagonal (L3 and L5) is about 10–12.
What are your opening hours?
We open every day of the year at 8:00. Sunday to Thursday we close at 1:00; Fridays and Saturdays at 2:00. The kitchen is open all day.
Can you prepare a set menu for a company dinner?
Yes. We prepare a proposal with dishes from our menu, adapted to allergies or diets, and tailor it to your timing and budget. If you prefer, you can also book a table and order à la carte.
Can we book a space just for our group?
Yes. The restaurant has three areas, the Salón Bar, the Salón Pasillo and the Altillo (mezzanine), and groups can book the whole Altillo. Availability depends on the date.
Do you have gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Yes. There are gluten-free and vegetarian options, such as the Macro bowl. Let us know when booking and we will adapt the menu.
Is there live music?
There is live music every day inside the restaurant and a DJ on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, a short walk away, at the car park on Carrer de Buenos Aires, 33.
Is the restaurant accessible?
Yes, the restaurant is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
