This Christmas, celebrate at our restaurant on Avinguda Diagonal. We offer two menus of traditional cooking, made for sharing with your family, friends, partner or work team, and a toast to end the year in good company.
Christmas classics with our own style: Iberian ham, seafood, oven-baked wild fish and meat, and a chocolate dessert to finish. Neules wafers and turrón arrive with the after-dinner chat, and the Albariño, the Cune Crianza and the cava are included in the price.
Available for your Christmas celebrations on 24, 25 and 26 December and on 1 and 6 January 2027.

Say goodbye to 2026 at Europa Café
New Year’s Eve dinner in Barcelona, in one of the most carefully kept spaces on Avinguda Diagonal. A special New Year’s Eve menu with Mediterranean produce, attentive table service and the right atmosphere to close the year in style.
At midnight, grapes, party favours and a glass of cava for the toast. After the chimes, the DJ takes over and the night carries on until the early hours.

Which days are the Christmas menus served at Europa Café?
The 2026 Christmas menus are served on 24, 25 and 26 December and on 1 and 6 January 2027 at Av. Diagonal, 469 (Barcelona).
How much is the Christmas menu?
There are two Christmas menus: Christmas Menu 1 costs €60 per person and Christmas Menu 2 costs €85 per person, VAT included. Both include sharing starters, a choice of main course, dessert, a selection of coffees and teas, wafer rolls, nougat and wine. The New Year’s Eve dinner costs €125 per person, VAT included.
Which drinks are included?
Albariño white wine D.O. Rías Baixas, Cune Crianza red wine D.O.Ca. Rioja, mineral water, soft drinks, beers and special selection cava.
Do I need to choose my main course in advance?
Yes. Each guest chooses their main course 72 hours in advance: oven-baked wild sea bream or roast leg of lamb on Menu 1, and oven-baked wild sea bass or Rubia Gallega beef fillet noisette on Menu 2.
Can the menu be adapted for allergies or intolerances?
Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance when booking. Our regular menu includes gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, and our team will explain the alternatives available for the Christmas menu.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. We have semi-private spaces for groups. Email us at info@monchos.com with the date and number of guests and we will send you a proposal.
Where is Europa Café and how do I get there?
We are at Av. Diagonal, 469, on the corner of Villarroel (Eixample, 08036 Barcelona). You can come by metro: Hospital Clínic (L5) is about a 7–8 minute walk away and Diagonal (L3 and L5) about 10–12 minutes. There is a car park a short walk away, at Carrer de Buenos Aires, 33.
Do you offer Christmas takeaway menus?
Yes. For Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, St Stephen’s Day, New Year’s Day and Epiphany we prepare our Christmas menus to take away, from starters to dessert. They are available for collection at the restaurant only, and orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. What does the New Year’s Eve dinner include?
Sharing starters, a main course, a special dessert, wines and cava. At midnight there are the twelve lucky grapes and a luxury party kit, followed by a DJ playing music indoors. More information on our New Year’s Eve page.
