The menu changes throughout the week, but it always follows a set format: there’s always a vegetarian or vegan option among the appetizers, meat, chicken, fish, and rice among the main courses, and homemade cakes or fresh fruit among the desserts. Grilled and charcoal-grilled dishes are prepared to order, and fried items are fried upon request.
- Appetizers: salads (green, mixed, with protein, or made with legumes), hearty soups such as lentil soup, chickpea soup, or cream soups—as well as gazpacho and cold soups in the summer— chicken or seafood croquettes, cod fritters, Spanish omelets, grilled or tempura-style vegetables, and carpaccio or beef toast made with Rubia Gallega D.O. beef.
- Main Dishes: Rubia Gallega D.O. beef (roasted in its own juices, steak, meatballs, hamburger, breaded cutlet, or fricandó), chicken, butifarra sausage, pork knuckle, ribs, fish such as tuna, salmon, or cod, and rice dishes and paellas—seafood broth, vegetable, mixed, or seafood fideuà—.
